Cancellation Policy

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. As a courtesy to myself and other clients, I kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to the cancellation policy: Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice for a cancellation, or not showing up for your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. This fee compensates for the time reserved for your appointment and the inability to accommodate other clients due to the short notice. Any fees incurred due to a late cancellation or no-show must be settled before booking any future appointments at Silky Skin Studio. I kindly request your punctuality for your appointment to ensure a seamless and efficient service experience here at the studio. More than 5 minutes late for an appointment without notice may result in a reschedule and 50% of the service cost will be charged. New clients are required to pay a deposit of 50% of the service booked. This deposit is non-refundable but it applies to your upcoming first-time appointment. After 2 consecutive reschedules, a new deposit will be required and the first one will be forfeited. Last but not least, please ensure your contact information is up to date so that you can receive text/email notifications about your upcoming appointments. Additionally, please confirm your appointments promptly, this allows me to manage my schedule effectively and provide the best service possible.
